I am interested to learn what people think is the most commonly consumed kava? And is there a rule of thumb for quantites for each process? 1. Traditionally pounded 2. Micronised 3. Instant 4. Fresh green Thanks and look forward to peoples personal quantites based on the above consumption methods.
