my name is Sebastian Freidank. I’m the founder of Kava-Mode and the Kava-Wiki.
I would like to introduce myself and my projects to all forum members.
Over the past months, I have been working deeply on building a more structured and accessible knowledge platform about kava. The result is Kava-Wiki.com, a multilingual online resource dedicated entirely to kava: its history, culture, botany, kavalactones, chemotypes, preparation methods, effects, safety, legal status, and scientific background.
My goal with the Kava-Wiki is not to replace community knowledge, but to organize and support it. There is already so much valuable information in places like this forum, research papers, cultural sources, and the lived experience of kava drinkers around the world. I wanted to bring a lot of that knowledge into one clear, well-structured place that can help both beginners and experienced kava users.
The wiki is currently available in 22 languages and also includes an AI assistant that helps visitors find information inside the wiki more easily.
I also founded Kava-Mode, a project focused on high-quality Noble Kava, transparency, education, and respectful communication around kava culture. But this post is not meant as a sales pitch. I’m mainly here to introduce myself, learn from the community, and invite honest feedback – basically I found the forum by searchng my own brand on google and found a user asking about the trustworthiness of my brand hehe.
I would be very grateful if some of you take a look at the Kava-Wiki and share your thoughts:
I have a lot of respect for the knowledge and experience in this community, and I would love for Kava-Wiki to become something that is genuinely useful to the wider kava world.
