Mixed 40grams with 450mls of water then did the bag squeeze method for ten minutes. Very oily and thick grog. First time trying it I started with 2 shells, then it came on, 5minutes or so later, very intense in the head, body got a bit wobbly, head tingles. Felt like being drunk mixed with benzo. Only had one other kava before this and it bearly did anything, although that was the cheapest one I could find. Great to actually feel what kava can feel like, felt great, very potent. Doubt I could get much done except chill on the couch. Slightly struggled to get to sleep but when I did I slept deep, struggled to get up, I was quite groggy, but chill groggy. I have a slow metabolism so this may be why. Great stuff all in all. I'm keen to try other kava but I'll definitely will be buying this again.
